For women whose brains run on a different clock

Founding membership is limited to 15 women

JOIN NOW. First call 7pm ACST on Thursday 30 July

Door is open now. Member benefits start today!

You've spent most of your life wondering what was wrong with you.

Now you know. And it changes everything - and nothing, all at once.

You still have the pile of half-finished projects. The decision paralysis at 5pm. The exhaustion that makes no sense. The friend you meant to call back six months ago.

The ADHD diagnosis explained the why. But nobody told you what to do next.

That's what The Dandelion Clock is for.

You don't have to explain yourself here.

  • You don't have to apologise for being late.

  • Or forgetting why you walked into the room.

  • Or having twenty tabs open.

  • Or buying another notebook because this one might finally be the one.

  • The women inside The Dandelion Clock understand.

  • Many of us spent years believing we were lazy, disorganised or simply not trying hard enough.

  • We know now that wasn't true.

  • This is a place to learn practical strategies, share the messy bits, celebrate the tiny wins and remind each other that we're not doing this alone.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF SUPPORT FOR A DIFFERENT KIND OF BRAIN

The Dandelion Clock is built on one simple idea: one thing, once a month.

No module to fall behind on. No weekly homework piling up while you're having a rough week. No catching up needed. No guilt.

Just one aspect of your ADHD brain, explored together - in a way that actually makes sense for the life you're living right now.

What's Included

MONTHLY LIVE ZOOM SESSION

  • One topic.

  • One hour.

  • Real conversation.

  • Not a lecture.

Together we'll explore one aspect of ADHD and discover practical ways to work with your brain instead of against it.

Replay available for two weeks.

WEEKLY EMAIL

'This Week's Seed'

A gentle reminder that you're not doing this alone.

  • One idea.

  • One strategy.

  • One small thing to try.

Never overwhelming.

MONTHLY GUIDE & STRATEGY COMPANION

Before each Zoom call you'll receive a simple guide.

We'll complete it together during the session.

Afterwards you'll receive a beautifully designed strategy companion containing the ideas we've explored, so over time you'll build your own ADHD-friendly reference library.

PRIVATE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY

A private space where you can ask questions, celebrate the wins, share the difficult days and connect with women who truly understand what it feels like to receive an ADHD diagnosis later in life.

No judgement.

No pretending.

Just support.

How it Works

Each month follows the same simple rhythm.

Because life with ADHD is complicated enough.

A few days before our session you'll receive your guide.

It's not homework.

It's simply somewhere to gather your thoughts as we work together.

During our live session we'll explore one topic, share ideas, ask questions and learn from each other's experiences.

Afterwards you'll receive your strategy companion to keep, revisit and build into your own personal ADHD library.

Then we'll stay connected in the Facebook community and through This Week's Seed until it's time for the next session.

Doors are open now. Your first call is on the last Thursday of the month, you join at 7pm ACST. Until then, you'll get this week's Seed in your inbox and immediate access to the private group.

HERE'S WHERE WE'LL BEGIN

Your First Six Months

  • Month 1: Why Am I So Tired? Understanding your energy drain - and how to stop spending the energy you do have on the wrong things.

  • Month 2: Time Blindness. Why an hour disappears and what to actually do about it.

  • Month 3: Decision Fatigue. Why choosing exhausts you - simple ways to make deciding easier.

  • Month 4: Shiny Object Syndrome. New projects, half finished ideas and impulse buys - and how to work with a brain that's wired for novelty.

  • Month 5: Procrastination. Why you put off the things you actually want to do - and the small shifts that finally get you moving.

  • Month 6: Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. Why criticism ruins your day - and why knowing it's your brain and not your character, changes everything.

  • A new relevant topic every month going forward.

Pricing and Sign-up

The Dandelion Clock opens with a Founding Member rate for the first 15 women who join.

I'm Nan Berrett.

I'm a coach and mentor specialising in late-diagnosed women with ADHD. I'm also one of you.

I was diagnosed later in life, after decades of wondering why I had to work so much harder than everyone else just to keep up. That diagnosis changed how I understood myself - but it didn't come with a manual.

I also discovered that understanding ADHD is only the beginning. What  most of us really need is somewhere we feel understood, accepted and supported while we work out what this new chapter looks like.

That's why I built the Dandelion Clock.

I hold a Certificate in ADHD Coaching and am an affiliate member of AADPA (The Australasian ADHD Professionals Association).

I've spent years working with women who are smart, capable, and exhausted - helping them build lives that actually work for the brains they have.

The Dandelion Clock is the thing I wish had existed when I got my diagnosis.

This isn't about fixing you

You don't need to become someone different.

You don't need another productivity system.

Or another planner.

Or another promise that this time everything will finally click.

You simply need practical strategies that work with your brain.

And a community of women who understand the journey you're on.

That's what The Dandelion Clock is here to offer.

Your brain isn't broken. It just needed the right clock.

Come and discover what happens when you stop trying to work like everyone else - and start understanding the way your own mind works.
